About Penney McCree
headcanon genarator All of those things are non-human and often unnatural, making the implication that those nonbinary individuals, too, are unnatural. In general, if you’re centering a species or non-human entity as nonbinary, make sure to approach nonbinary humans in the text itself, even if you do so simply by having the non-human entity aware of their gender in relation to human gender concepts. Canon Reliability Not all canon is created equal. When we, as fans of a property, examine lore to determine how useful it is to our purposes, we need to recognize that the source of what we believe is canon isn’t actually very useful.
But if someone says to cut it out, then cut it the fuck out. Your headcanons are not better than anyone else’s and they in no way have to listen to you. They barely have to listen to canon, and that’s just so that the character is recognizable enough to be played.
I talk with a couple of Japanese users on social media and I was wondering what other words can I use to say "Oh, I have this theory", or "I imagine this and that about those characters". Community Headcanon always comes with risks- you're putting your creation out there and no matter how detailed of a vision you shared, the moment you invite others to incorporate it into their vision, it will morph. Sometimes for good, sometimes into something unrecognizable. Some communities credit the original creator for having a "veto" rule, but the best of these can outlive the original author's participation in the game, leading to no clear "head." There's also the risk that it'll go nowhere. Sometimes, your idea isn't picked up or used by anyone other than yourself... The biggest issue with subjects like this isn't necessarily the headcanon aspect.
Often they come from dreams or small ideas that pop into someone’s mind. Just the other day I was going about my usual routine when I came to the startling realization that the 13th Doctor could be Luna Lovegood’s mother and the thought simply would not go away. Sure enough, when I mentioned it to my then-fiancée the headcanon was accepted as a wonderful possibility. In that moment, my UPG became a microcosm SPG. The idea of Pandora Lovegood being Thirteen in disguise has zero precedent other than the fact that I am in love with the idea and I want someone to make fanfiction about it right this instant because I am way too busy for that.
It's not canon in the game, but it has a backstory and history and continuing development. You probably have someone acting as the loremaster authority shaping their vision, but the best ones leave room for people to add their own twist to it. Friends in High Places Canon characters are everywhere in an MMO.
Now obviously, in canon, this gets more complicated as time goes on and she takes on a more feminine appearance. However, having an alternate universe setting or a canon divergence setting where Haruhi actually comes to terms with her gender in a non-cis way is certainly a viable choice even without other trans characters for balance. I can certainly also see this going wrong if not well-considered, such as if someone goes the route of Haruhi being closeted. Often, when it comes to stories about closeted trans people, the story only revolves around them struggling with their transness or taking the leap to come out as trans. This goes back to the struggle narrative/trauma porn. It’s definitely a way for a trans writer to work through their own feelings about it, but I generally urge cis writers to stay away from anything approaching that.
If there are whole hordes of them out there, they must have been keeping to themselves in their own dedicated groups. And if that's what floats their proverbial boats? As long as the group they play with is fine with it, it's not the issue it could turn into in a more open setting. So you don't roleplay in City of Heroes.... But you DID come to the roleplay section of the forums, to tell us you don't roleplay, because everyone is 15 year olds power tripping...
However, if for one moment we can take a step back and view the books for what they were meant to be, as opposed to what they are, we end up with a raunchy story about two consenting adults engaging in a BDSM relationship. Look, I realize that, despite being on opposite sides of a war, Asajj Ventress and Obi-Wan Kenobi were made for each other, and I ship them too, but the existence of romantic interest doesn’t mean that they’re not asexual. I also realize that they were both raised as Jedi, which means that they were indoctrinated into not having romantic relationships with anyone, but heteromantic asexuality is still a possibility. Obi-Wan constantly calls Asajj "my dear" throughout the series, and she shows more interest in him during her quest to conquer the galaxy than she does any other Jedi.
Moving forward, let us examine the specific overlap between UPG (Unverified Personal Gnosis) and headcanon, as well as the consequential overlap between SPG (Shared Personal Gnosis) and fanon. So, I guess what I am saying is, like what you like and hate what you hate - but there is a lot of misinformation out there and a lot of people who just don’t know any better. Educating the masses to the truth will only strengthen our community. But please, don’t be a hypocrite when doing so and perhaps more importantly, don’t be one to further spread misinformation. It's easy to get into the mindset that Crey is evil top to bottom, but the company is MASSIVE. For every one illegitimate operation they do, they likely have two that are totally on the up and up.
